48-Hour Grace Period for Returns (Any Reason): We offer a 48-hour grace period from the time you receive your order, during which you can return a product for any reason. If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you may return it within this period.
Please note that returns made within this 48-hour window for reasons other than defects will incur a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns for Defective Products (After Grace Period):
After the 48-hour grace period, returns are only accepted for defective products.
Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
A defective product is one that is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended.

If you wish to return a product within the 48-hour grace period for any reason (subject to the 15% restocking fee), please contact us at Ram Tail with your order details.
For defective returns, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and provide a clear description and photos of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items:
ALL aluminum products are not subject to the 48-hour grace period and will not be accepted for return for any reason other than defects. These items will only be accepted for return if they are defective upon arrival.
Defects must be documented and communicated by providing a clear description and photos of the defect at the time of reporting.
Return Shipping:
For returns within the 48-hour grace period for any reason, you are responsible for the returnshipping costs, and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
For defective product returns within the 10-day window, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund (after applying the restocking fee, if applicable) or offer an exchange (if available).
Refunds will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.
