  1. 48-Hour Grace Period for Returns (Any Reason):
    We offer a 48-hour grace period from the time you receive your order, during which you can return a product for any reason. If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you may return it within this period.
    • Please note that returns made within this 48-hour window for reasons other than defects will incur a 15% restocking fee.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Returns for Defective Products (After Grace Period):
    • After the 48-hour grace period, returns are only accepted for defective products.
    • Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
    • A defective product is one that is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
  3. Return Process:
    • If you wish to return a product within the 48-hour grace period for any reason (subject to the 15% restocking fee), please contact us at Ram Tail with your order details.
    • For defective returns, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and provide a clear description and photos of the defect.
    • Our customer support team at Ram Tail will guide you through the return process and determine whether your return qualifies.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    • ALL aluminum products are not subject to the 48-hour grace period and will not be accepted for return for any reason other than defects. These items will only be accepted for return if they are defective upon arrival.
    • Defects must be documented and communicated by providing a clear description and photos of the defect at the time of reporting.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • For returns within the 48-hour grace period for any reason, you are responsible for the returnshipping costs, and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
    • For defective product returns within the 10-day window, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  6. Refund or Exchange:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund (after applying the restocking fee, if applicable) or offer an exchange (if available).
    • Refunds will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.
